Sandra has 20 years counselling experience working with adolescents and adults. She has substantial experience working in a tertiary environment and the corporate sector. Her work involved coaching, counselling, psychological assessment and lecturing. She has recently established a practice working with older adults.

Sandra is interested in supporting individuals to understand their thinking, emotions and behavior in order to improve wellbeing and relationships. Her style is client-centred and focused on helping individuals to work towards their goals.

Sandra’s therapeutic approaches include; Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema-Focused Therapy.
