Mental Health Month (OCTOBER)

Mental Health Month NSW is part of a national mental health promotion campaign held throughout October each year.

Mental health is something that can affect everyone. It is important to speak up and tell someone that you are struggling. Talk to your parents, your siblings and your friends. Talking helps ease the stress and anxiety you may feel due to a build up of emotions and worries. There are many organisations available for you; like KIDS HELPLINE 1800 55 1800; and your local CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service) through your local Public Hospital/Area Health Service.
