What do you like most about your job?
I love going to work every day as I have the opportunity to help my patients through their personal and health journeys. I get to make a difference in their lives and support them through healthy lifestyle changes.

What is your motto or personal mantra?
Connection

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Exercise at the gym and watching good movies (mostly Marvel)

What is your greatest fear?
Heights... When I am on holidays I often challenge myself to go the highest tower and look over the edge (even behind glass). I still find myself quivering at times.

Where is your favourite place to be?
Spring mornings sitting on my outdoor lounge looking at my garden with a coffee in my hand.

Tell us something that might surprise us about you?
I haven't always been a doctor, I have had careers as an engineering officer in the Royal Australian Navy and a maths teacher before I studied medicine. I also have 4 children.

What’s the last book you read?
Grace by Nicole Warner (my sister is a writer)
