Dr Eleanore Dean graduated from the University of London in the UK in 2001. After gaining experience in a broad range of hospital specialties, she completed her specialist GP training in 2008, obtaining membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). Eleanore worked as a GP in Scotland for 8 years, and also held a specialty doctor position in sexual and reproductive health for the same period. She relocated permanently to Melbourne in 2016, obtaining Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in the same year. Eleanore is delighted to have settled in Melbourne with her partner.
Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, swimming and travel, and is a keen musician.
