Meet our female Doctor, Dr Salgado
Next Practice Burleigh Waters are so excited to welcome the newest member of the team. Dr Gayathri Salgado!
Dr Salgado graduated in Sri Lanka in 2000 and worked as a junior doctor in Sri Lanka and then in the United Kingdom. She has been working as a medical practitioner in Australia for 17 yrs.
Dr Salgado has experience in emergency medicine and psychiatry in addition to her specialist training as a general practitioner. She worked as a general practitioner in Australia for 12 years in both rural and metropolitan areas, and has been in southern Gold Coast region since 2014.
Her special interests are in Women's Health, Paediatrics, Mental Health, Dermatology and Emergency Medicine.
