Being the Practice Manager, it is essential to be able to communicate with everyone at the practice, including patients, physicians, and other administrative staff, helping to provide a Creative, supportive, harmonious, cheerful, and engaging practice environment that makes the day-to-day challenges worth it. Working for a company that has identical philosophies to myself has provided me with a smooth integration.
