Welcome to Black Rock
With the health and safety of our staff and patient in mind, we have decided to offer consultations via telephone & videocall as a matter of routine. If the doctor determines during the call that need to be examined, they will arrange for you to attend the clinic in person later that day
Please note that many issues can be managed very effectively via a videocall.
Certain consultations must be conducted in person (for example cervical screening and skin checks), and these can be booked during a specific period each afternoon.
We are doing our best to maintain strict infection control in the context of a serve shortage of PPE and we very much appreciate the understanding our patients have already shown.
Please feel free to call our friendly Patient Advocate if you have any questions.
HEALTH ALERT: Coronavirus
If you are experiencing flu like symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat or respiratory symptoms, regardless of recent travel, please call us directly and ensure you have spoken to a member of staff prior to presenting for your appointment.
