Dr Chin is a UWA graduate who has worked in medicine for 30 years. She is a local girl with a relaxed open communication style with a true understanding of life's pressures. She works collaboratively with her patients ot help them understand their own individual health needs so they can be well informed when making important decisions.

She grew up in Perth and attended school in the Western Suburbs. She is married with 3 grown children. She enjoys social netball more than her knees are happy with and keeps active to prevent injuries. Family ski trips, travel, and a healthy work-life balance are priorities.

She has worked in general practice for over 25 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to prove a welcoming, non-confronting, accessible, but evidence-based approach to advice and management. She prides herself with being a true generalist and looking after patients through all stages of life. Starting with paediatric services and baby care, childhood illnesses, musculoskeletal medicine, sexual health and contraception, pregnancy including shared antenatal care, menopause, preventative medicine, and aged care.
