"For a long time, I have been wanting to see the patient journey more supported and seamless. For education and touch points to be easier, for technology to take the load of the practitioner and allow them more time to spend with the patient. Next Practice bring this, a shared vision, briliant support team and innovation."
Jarrah has been working in multidisciplinary clinics since 2006, across Sydney and then more recently on the Central Coast after relocating to have a family. She has always had a special interest in all things “gut” and its impact on every other body system. She is passionate about children’s health including gut/immune, ASD and learning and behavioural problems. With a focus on supporting the parents with simple and achievable goals, including care for the carers!
Being a mum of two energetic boys, she gets firsthand the challenges of nourishing little people in this modern time we live in.
Her other big interest is nutritional biochemistry and understanding the “why” behind dysfunction or disease. Whether this be hormonal, immune, emotional, acute or chronic conditions.
Jarrah is extremely passionate about patient centred care, practitioner collaboration, ongoing education and mentoring (both giving and receiving). She loves working with the team at Next Practice Erina, but also with others on the coast and afar to get the best possible outcomes for her patients.
