and we will respond to all emails within 1 business day. General
enquiries are in regards to appointments, services we provide, fee's etc
and individual health issues should not be emailed, please contact the
clinic via phone for these instances.
Our phone lines operate
during our opening hours. If our Patient Advocates are busy attending to
other calls, or if you’ve phoned after-hours, you will hear a message
with clinic information and then have the option to leave a voicemail.

If you are contacting us about creating,
changing or cancelling an appointment, please note that you cannot book
or alter appointments via email. For your convenience you can make
appointments via the website or using the Next Practice patient app at
any time, or by phoning the clinic. If you need to alter an appointment
