Weekend and public holiday appointments incur an additional charge to cover higher operational costs during these hours.

Patients with a valid GP referral and care plan may be eligible for a Medicare Rebate. No rebates available for Telehealth appointments.

Any non-attendance, cancellation, or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before a booked appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be charged at 50% of the consultation service.
