Paramount Allergy Service is a locally trained specialist allergy/immunology consultation group with expertise in the diagnosis and management of the following conditions:
- Food/drug/insect venom allergies
- Allergic rhinitis (hayfever)
- Asthma management
- Chronic urticaria (hives)
Services include allergy and immunology-related medical consultations, skin prick testing, supervised food and drug oral challenges, and immunotherapy prescriptions (oral and injectables). Referrals are open to adults and children of all ages.
A GP referral is required before an appointment can be made. Private fees apply, and some items may attract a Medicare rebate.
