We invite you to join our weekly mindfulness meditation group.
Led by Rachael Brady, our intention is to provide an opportunity for you to.. well, do nothing and find some space in your life.
Whether you are new to meditation, have tried it before or have a regular practice please come along.
WHERE: Next Practice Erina, U9/30 Karalta Road, Erina
WHEN: Thursday nights starting 17 October
TIME: 7.30pm - 8.15pm
WHAT TO WEAR: Whatever you like, but aim for comfort clothing
WHAT TO BRING: A cushion or blanket if you prefer to sit/lie on the floor
COST: Gold coin donation to a local charity selected by the Next Practice Erina team
