Working alongside dedicated practitioners and hearing first hand from patients what a difference being a part of this community has made to their lives.

Treat others how you wish to be treated.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Be outside in nature, preferably with my dog Tys.
What is your greatest fear?
Serial killers… not joking.
Where is your favourite place to be?
At the coffee shop down the road after a fresh morning swim with some of my favourite people.

I just started Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
