A real Central Coast local, Erin graduated from nursing in 2015 and has spent most of her nursing career in Primary Care. Erin brings with her a real passion for Chronic Disease Care Management as well as providing a supportive space for positive behavioural change. She enjoys living on her 42 acres of bushland with her husband, 2 gorgeous children and her parents. They are almost self-sufficient and the vegetable patch is always a joyful work in progress.
