"Next Practice embodies the essence of holistic health and wellbeing by offering person-centred, team based care that sees each person in their uniqueness. It’s an absolute joy to be part of this progressive health care model!"
Using a holistic approach, Julie helps people reconnect to their inner strengths and wisdoms and build tools that can be supportive during challenging times.
Each person’s process of healing is unique to them. There's no ‘one size fits all approach’ in Julie's sessions. Drawing from a range of holistic methods and through the lens of gentle curiosity, Julie supports her client’s process of discovering the right healing path for them.
Julie has a special interest in working with women as they navigate motherhood, which at times can feel overwhelming and hard. She is a mother to 2 amazing small humans and understands the complexities that motherhood can bring.
She also understands how past life experiences can impact today and is passionate about helping people make sense of these experiences so as to feel more connected to themselves and within their relationships, empowered and confident to live life more fully, and feel a sense of choice and control in their life.
Julie is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and one Saturday a month.
