Tai Chi

Next Practice WSIH is now offering group Tai Chi classes.

Tai Chi is an art form which embraces the mind, body, and spirit. There are many benefits to participating in Tai Chi such as increased strength, flexibility, and balance. It also helps to promote relaxation, lowers anxiety/stress/depression, and improves your memory and focus.

Dr Guoyan (Emily) Yang is our Tai Chi Master with over 15 years of experience and is passionate about what Tai Chi has to offer for your wellbeing.

Classes are available Thursdays at 6pm in person or online.
