What are 3 words to describe Next Practice – GenBiome? - Avant-Garde, science-infused, collaborative wisdom (sorry, stretched that to 4 words!)

What do you like most about your job? – the ability to transform people’s health and their lives

What is your motto or personal mantra? – Hold the vision, trust the process

What do you like to do in your spare time? - Breathe, create, relate, explore, inspire

What is your greatest fear? – None - living a spiritual path eliminates any fear

Where is your favourite place to be? – in a sacred place, whether in nature or a temple

What’s the last book you read? I have many books that I am currently dipping into, but the one I could not put down recently is “Riding Raw: From Empty to Full”, by Sue Hollis. A terrifying, yet exhilarating journey of self-actualisation, taken by a corporate women in her mid-life, riding a BMW superbike through the unforgiving wild landscapes of north-western USA and Canada.
