Next Level Retreat 2025 – Reconnecting Biology, Body and Spirit

From 7–11 November, 23 people came together to explore what it really means to reboot our biology and reconnect with the natural rhythms that fuel health and vitality.

Surrounded by rolling green hills and open skies, we immersed ourselves in learning, movement, and nature — guided by light, water, and magnetism, the essential forces that power our biology.

Each day had its own rhythm — morning movement, circadian eating, group learning sessions, breathwork and cold plunges, infrared sauna, and evening fireside sharing. We had powerful biohacking tools like HUGO PEMF, iMRS brain entrainment, and the Bio-Charger to support energy and recovery.

We were deeply supported by our incredible team of facilitators — Dr Christabelle Yeoh, Dr Jalal Khan, Kelvin Nye, Ryan Barraclough, and guest facilitator Helen Padarin — who each brought their unique wisdom and heart to the experience. From integrative medicine and quantum dentistry to osteopathy, somatic therapy, and deep energy work, the team created a space where science and spirit met seamlessly.

But what truly made the retreat special was the connection — the deep sharing, the moving moments, the curiosity, the laughter, and the way everyone showed up with open hearts. Together, we learned and unlearned, supported each other, and pushed our limits — physically, mentally, and spiritually.

We were nourished beautifully by Chef Ronit from Open Table catering, who cooked vibrant paleo-style meals using seasonal, organic produce — food that was as healing as it was delicious.

We left feeling grounded, recharged, and deeply connected — not just to ourselves, but to each other and to nature itself.

We’re still glowing from the experience and so grateful to everyone who joined us. This retreat was a reminder that true healing begins when we return to safety in the Body and wisdom of the Spirit, lovingly held in the bosom of Nature!
