Group Yoga Therapy classes are now available online with the qualified Yoga Therapist at Next Practice WSIH, Margery Hellman.

We currently have 3 different classes running, which include;

• Group Yoga Therapy for Every Body – 1hr - $30
• Group Yoga Therapy for cancer – 1hr - $30
• Group Lunch Express Yoga – 30min - $20
