Banana & Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Healthy Breakfast Idea recommended by Dietitian Loren

Serves: 3


  • 1.5 cups of rolled or instant oats
  • 1 cup of Natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup of milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey 
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • For serving; 2 sliced bananas and 3 tablespoons of peanut butter


  1. Place oats in a large bowl and add the milk, yoghurt, cinnamon, and honey.
  2. Mix well and let it stand overnight (covered).
  3. Pop into a bowl or take-away container (if you’re on the run). Top with sliced banana and drizzle of PB. Enjoy
