"I believe Next Practice is the care all people should have. Looking at all aspects of the whole person to create the very best health and wellness possible, to not just treat and manage disease and symptoms but to reduce risk of recurrence or prevent other disease. When there are complex health needs, an integrative health care practice can bring together different health professionals with differing levels of expertise to work together for whole person care. Next Practice has people with passion, compassion and lots of smarts. I’m excited to be part of such a great team."
Dr Suzanne Grant is a registered Chinese Herbalist and Acupuncturist with nearly 20 years’ experience. She holds a joint position in integrative oncology research and practice at the National Institute of Complementary Medicine (NICM) and the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse Comprehensive Cancer Centre in Sydney. She graduated in Chinese medicine from Western Sydney University and has undertaken additional study in naturopathic oncology and mindfulness meditation. Looking at the foundations of your health, your lifestyle and environment, Suzanne will draw on her Chinese medicine, integrative oncology and integrative health expertise to work with you and your choices. For people with cancer, Suzanne will work with you at each stage of treatment. She prefers to work alongside your conventional medical plan to develop an individualised approach to maximise your health and wellbeing during and after treatment and reduce risk of recurrence. |
