*Repeat script requests are now available on your Next Practice App. This will require approval from your doctor. Please allow a turnaround time of 1-4 business days.

Some procedures may result in a utility fee for consumables.

Any non-attendance, cancellation, or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before a booked appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be charged at 50% of the consultation service.

We require 1 working day’s notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Late cancellations, last minute rescheduling or non-attendance incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the session charge minus the Medicare rebate.
