Dr Yuan Gao is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Yuan graduated from Melbourne University with a Doctor of Medicine in 2014. She has worked in rural and metropolitan hospitals including Monash Health, Bendigo Health, and Gippsland Health with experience in emergency medicine, general medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, ENT, and psychiatry.
Yuan prides herself on being a doctor you can trust. She loves helping patients from all backgrounds and all genders. She provides personalised care to all her patients with different needs.
Outside of medicine, Yuan enjoys cooking, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family.
Dr Gao is currently away on maternity leave.
