"We are all quirky prototypes of our environment, physical make up, life style and circumstances. I believe acceptance (of our quirks) to be rudimentary for constructive change and achieving psychological flexibility; the ability to be and behave openly. I am passionate about the science of peace and promote experiential psychological care to my clients. Mental wellness is a cornerstone of universal health care; I know this starts at an individual level before it can become a collective headspace and for this reason am deeply passionate about collaboratively working with my clients. The care team at Next Practice has warmly welcomed me on board in their vision to redefine everyday healthcare for which I am grateful and ready!"
