Emma Wong has 16 years of experience as a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, graduating from the University of Technology Sydney in 2005. Emma has a diverse background, having worked in private practice, and having experience teaching medical staff about the benefits of Chinese medicine in integrated cancer care. In 2020, Emma was awarded the NICM HRI Blackmores scholarship for integrative medicine to pursue her PhD research at Western Sydney University, investigating electro acupuncture for nerve regeneration for men after prostate cancer surgery. Emma is also an Acupuncturist at the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse hospital in Sydney.
Emma is passionate about patient centred team based care and she is excited to be working with Next Practice. In her spare time, Emma loves the outdoors and keeping fit. She looks forward to seeing you.
