Favour has completed a certificate IV in Customer Engagement and is currently completing a Bachelor in Marketing. Favour has worked in customer service since she was 16, and believes great customer service is instrumental in defining the patient’s experience.
With her well-matched customer service experience and enthusiasm, Favour wants to ensure all patients feel welcomed and cared for.
