Melissa provides a safe space for clients to discuss their concerns and a gentle approach to therapy, drawing upon her skills in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy & Interpersonal Psychotherapy.

She works with adolescents (16 years and over) & adults with a range of presentations including generalised anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues (individual counselling only), and adjustment to disability and chronic illness (including via NDIS Therapy Supports).

Melissa has a special interest in the area of internationaly acquired Lyme Disease and has conducted over 200 hours of training in the field since 2014. As such she offers a therapeutic environment for clients with Lyme Disease to feel understood and supported. She is also an Ambassador for The Lyme Disease Association of Australia.

In addition Melissa conducts 6-12 week individual anger management courses for court and non-court related purposes with an accompanying treatment report where appropriate.
