Free reusable Face Masks for 'vulnerable patients'
Along with the Victorian Government Next Practice Prahran want to help protect the members of our community who may become sicker with coronavirus (COVID-19), or who may be less likely to have access to a face covering.
For those patients who fall into the Department of Health 'vulnerable' category we are providing free reusable face masks. Vulnerable can mean:
-people who are being actively managed for chronic conditions:
-people living with disability-people experiencing a mental health condition and their carers-people with health and/or social issues that make them vulnerable, including people with alcohol and drug issues.
-people experiencing family violence-people living in residential facilities-Aboriginal people-Refugee and asylum seekers (including temporary visa holders).
-people living in public housing, in crisis accommodation, or who are homeless
You can present to the clinic and ask one of the friendly staff for a "vulnerable face mask". While stocks last.
From everyone at Next Practice Prahran, Stay safe, stay healthy and have a great day.
